The Emotion Code
|
"The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions- which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety, they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. And because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even cancer. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal- so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable."-Dr. Bradley Nelson

When we experience an emotion rather strongly the body may not be able to process that emotion completely and the subconscious mind will store the energy of that emotion somewhere in the body.
Each emotion vibrates at it's own frequency, so when it gets stored in the body it is like a ball of energy about the size of a baseball to the size of a grapefruit. This "ball" of energy continues to vibrate at the frequency of whatever emotion it is and the surrounding tissues begin to resonate with that emotion also. This creates a distortion in the energy field of the body thus creating an imbalance. These imbalances leave the body vulnerable to pain, illness and disease. |
