What we believe is true for us is what creates our reality. Our thoughts create our beliefs and our beliefs become our reality. We think we must control the "outside" world in order for our lives to change but in reality we need to change the inside, our thoughts, feelings and actions. This is the only thing we have control of, and as a result, our outer world will changes. These beliefs limit us in all aspects of our lives and prevent us from creating the abundance, love, relationships, careers and financial success we want in our lives by causing feelings of self-doubt, anxiety, self-sabotage and procrastination. These are subconscious beliefs that we are unaware of but have a great influence on our thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions. "I’m stupid", "I’m incompetent", "Life is not fair", "I’m a failure", "I am a victim", "I’m unlovable" are just a few examples of the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back in life, making it difficult if not impossible to have a successful career, a healthy mind and body, and make good choices in relationships etc.
